This Privacy Policy explains how Project Team For You ("we", "us") handles information when you play CHIP REVIVED (the "Game"), a free single-player tile puzzle game played in your web browser and, where available, as an installed app. By using the Game you agree to this Policy.
We designed the Game so that we need as little information as possible. There is no account, sign-up or login, and we never ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts or location.
Only if you submit a score to the global rankings (this happens automatically when you clear a ranked stage without using hints), the Game sends to our ranking server:
The move record is replayed on the server to verify the score. We do not store IP addresses with scores, do not use cookies and do not build profiles. If you contact us by email, we receive only what you write and use it only to reply.
Your progress — unlocked levels, stars, best move counts, replays of your own solutions, daily streak, settings and language — is stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. The Game also keeps a copy of its own files in your browser's cache so it can be played offline.
This local data is the only copy. We cannot see it and cannot restore it. Clearing your browser data, uninstalling the app or choosing Reset progress in Settings deletes it permanently.
The current version of the Game shows no ads, contains no advertising SDK and does not use advertising identifiers. If advertising is ever introduced, we will update this Policy and its version number before any ad is shown.
The current version sends no analytics events and contains no third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. Ranking submissions (Section 2) are used only to run the leaderboards. If we ever add anonymous, aggregate gameplay statistics, we will update this Policy first.
The Game's files are delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). The ranking server and its database are hosted by Railway (Railway Corp., servers in the United States). Like any web host, these providers process technical connection data such as IP address and browser type transiently to deliver the service and protect it from abuse (for example rate limiting). We do not store IP addresses with scores, and the Game sets no cookies.
Levels you share from the level editor travel inside the link itself (the part after "#"), which browsers never send to any server: we never receive, store or host them.
The Game is not directed at children under the age of 14 (or the minimum age required by the laws of your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — in fact, we collect none from anyone. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Progress data stays on your device and you can delete it at any time (Section 3). Ranking entries (player ID, nickname, score, move record, time) are kept while the leaderboard exists; daily boards may be archived. To delete your ranking entries, email us your player ID (shown in Settings → Rankings as the "Nova-xxxx" tag) and we will remove them. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
The Game is served only over HTTPS with a strict Content Security Policy, and it contains no secret keys or credentials. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but keeping your data on your own device minimises what can be exposed.
Our hosting providers (Cloudflare, Railway) may process data in countries other than the one you live in, including the United States. Where required by applicable law, such transfers rely on the providers' standard safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
Depending on where you live, laws such as the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea (PIPA), the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) may give you rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information. Most data stays on your device under your control; for ranking entries, contact us with your player ID and we will act on your request.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date and version number above and, where appropriate, notify you in the Game. Continuing to use the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
